Moira Donovan joined Patient in October 2025 and serves as Chief Compliance Officer, bringing over 25 years of industry experience supporting investment managers and advisers in their compliance efforts.  Most recently, Moira served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Corbyn Investment Management, adviser to the Greenspring Funds.  Moira also previously served in roles as CCO and Compliance Officer for various investment advisers and broker-dealers, including DC Advisory, a subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group, Legg Mason Capital Management, and Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc.  Moira Donovan earned her undergraduate degree and MBA with a specialization in finance from Loyola University Maryland.
