Panpan Xiao joined Patient in 2026. Born in China and having spent over a decade working across both sellside and buyside in the UK, Panpan brings a global perspective grounded in fundamental research and long-term value creation. Panpan was most recently an Equity Research Analyst at Fidelity International, where she focused on European and US Industrials and Materials. Prior to that, she was a value investor at Schroders Investment Management covering European Industrials, and at Pictet Asset Management as a generalist focused on Asia thematic growth opportunities. Panpan began her career in M&A at Citigroup in London. She earned her BSc in Accounting and Finance from University of Bristol, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was part of the Value Investing Program.
